Thanks to the fine work of S.O.A.R. Board member Larry Crawford (who created the wreath shown in this photo), we work to honor those that gave their lives for the citizens of Monroe County. A wreath like this one is posted at each Memorial Plaque location to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of one of our Heroes.
